Alongside our multiple treatment rooms within the clinic, we have a spacious exercise rehab studio, kitted with a multi-use wall rig, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainer, bosu and swiss ball, battle ropes, sandbag, rip trainer and all the resistance bands, foam rollers and blocks you could need!
Arek is a certified personal trainer (PT) who has the knowledge, skills and ability to design safe, effective exercise programmes tailored to his clients.
The average personal training session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, it will be tailored to your needs and ability, focused on your specific goals and can be flexible around your schedule.
If you also happen to be receiving treatment from one of our practitioners, your PT programme can be prescribed in accordance with your practitioners recommendations to ensure that you are training safely toward healing your specific ailments.
During your first session, you might find that your personal trainer will measure your body (height, weight ect.) and ask you to perform some basic exercises in order to evaluate and record your fitness level. This is just about understanding your baseline ability, as well as a way to keep track of your progress.
Make sure to wear proper attire, similar to what you would wear at the gym. Breathable and lightweight is always best, combined with non-slip, supportive trainers. Make sure to bring your own sweat towel and a drinks bottle! Feel free to bring your own mat if you wish.

If you would like personalised, guided 1-to-1 Yoga, adapted to your specific needs and progressing along with your ability, then these sessions are perfect for you. You’re class will be designed to support your current ability yet challenge you to improve your strength and flexibility. There will also be a strong focus on breath work and calming the nervous system.
You can also bring a friend, book a 1-to-2 session and split the cost between you.
Lily is a regular traveller to the Brazilian Amazon rainforest where she learns healing skills from indigenous teachers and brings home an Integrative and Holistic coaching style to add to her yoga teaching. Her classes are based on a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. The fusion aims to help people to feel grounded. She invites creativeness and playfulness in to the classes that can help reduce tension. Her intention is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to experience joy, inspiration and transformation.

Qigong is an ancient practice originally developed over 4000 years ago by Chinese monks as a moving meditation. Simply put, ‘qi’ can be translated as ‘energy’ and ‘gong’ as ‘training’. It is a gentle form of exercise devised to harmonise the flow of energy in the body, which entails using relaxation and concentration to achieve effortless, natural movement.
Wendy can help you improve your health, fitness and wellbeing with Qigong classes, reflexology or massage therapy. The Qigong classes consist of guided meditation through breath work and slow, easy flowing movements. The classes are aimed at helping you to counter the stresses of the day and to leave you feeling calmer and more grounded. They focus on promoting relaxation, health and wellbeing. If you struggle with seated meditation, this type of standing and moving meditation may work for you.
