Viviana is a Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience. She graduated from ESTSP University, Portugal in 2013; completed a post-graduation in Manual & Orthopaedics Therapy and a Medical Acupuncture specialisation in 2015. Viviana has also qualified as an MSK Sonographer in 2025.

Viviana believes happiness comes from positive thinking and goal setting, “for every minute you’re angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness”. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, travelling, cooking, reading, sewing and writing.

Viviana loves being a Physio and make a difference to people’s lives. She has previously worked as a Neuro Physio, where she mainly supported people that suffered with Parkinson’s disease, MS and Stroke. Currently Viviana works as a Musculoskeletal Physio who is fascinated by everything that has to do with nervous system and specialises in treating nerve related conditions using Percutaneous Neuromodulation Therapy (PNT).
