Sacha is a Performance and Wellbeing Coach with a background in motorsport physiology and experience working with athletes, CEOs, and the general public.

Sacha is a highly motivated and results-oriented sport and exercise physiologist and performance coach specialising in optimising human potential. With a background in environmental physiology and athletic development, and as a former national and international gymnast, she brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and personal experience to her coaching. Since 2021, Sacha has served as a physical and wellbeing coach for an 8-time championship-winning Formula 1 team, gaining deep insights into the demands of elite sports and the critical role of comprehensive well-being support. A qualified yoga instructor and certified sports massage therapist, she expertly integrates mobility, breath-work, and targeted recovery strategies into her programmes to enhance performance and resilience.

 

Sacha’s expertise extends to a diverse clientele, including CEOs and general population individuals seeking improved wellbeing, as well as athletes in a variety of sports, including: international football, golf, running, and motorsports. Her commitment to continuous learning, evidenced by certifications in sports massage, yoga, and nutrition, allows her to provide a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to coaching.
