Good things come to those who wait...
Lily has been passoniate about sports from a young age. Growing up, Lily participated in both team sports and individual activities, including both tennis and hockey which have not only kept Lily active but have also helped her appreciate the importance of physical health, wellbeing and the power movement has. This led Lily to a career in Sports therapy where she can help individuals stay active, recover from injuries and enjoy the benefits that come with an active lifestyle.
Lily particularly enjoys keeping active in fun and engaging ways, especially when shared with friends and family from weekend walks to friendly but competitive paddle tennis matches. Fitness should be enjoyable and encourage not only physical improvements but build on confidence and provide a positive outlook to exercise. Since graduating from University, Lily has gained practical experience working with both a Hartley Whitney and Badshot Lea FC and Newbury Rugby team, allowing her to experience a great range of injuries where the main focuses have been returning athlete back to competition in a safe manner, developing specific exercise programs for individuals to allow them to return peak performance.
Working in a team environment has reinforced the importance of clear communication, teamwork and adaptability between peers and athlete. Every client is different and Lily enjoys personalising tailored plans that address short- and long-term health goals.
Lily is passionate about combining both her love for sports and professional skills to help people improve their fitness and overall well-being throughout all stages of their journeys. Whether it is recovering from injury, developing performance or building on long-term fitness goals while keeping it fun and enjoyable.
