Josh has been in the fitness and high performance industry for over a decade. He has worked with everyone from general population/recreational athletes, to elite athletes and C-suite individuals in the corporate world.

Josh is a Performance Coach with vast experience over a decade in a variety of areas. With a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University, Josh has worked with professional rugby and badminton athletes, and has been in motorsport for the last 5 years both in F1 and with up and coming single seater athletes. This has been helping individuals improve conditioning, power, strength, and providing rehabilitation and assessment services while liaising with physio teams and other practitioners. Within the corporate world, Josh has been providing holistic wellbeing and wellness services including group mobility sessions, energise sessions, and small group classes that benefit individuals and boost productivity. This has also extended to tailored programming for team building exercises and events.

 

Josh is a former member of UKSCA and NSCA, with additional CPD across the board in sleep, Neurodivergence, travel and jet lag, and management.
