I see fitness as a tool which can shape your whole life. If you use it correctly you can get a boost of confidence, health or simply a boost of endorphins (Feel good hormones) after a good workout. I believe that spending all your life in the gym is pointless if you can’t enjoy the benefits outside of it. That’s why I take special consideration of my clients lifestyle while designing their programmes. When it comes to fitness and sport, I am a real geek. I enjoy researching and learning about new ways to optimise training and nutrition In order to boost productivity or save time. If I’m not in the gym I’m playing basketball or spending time with my family.
