Good things come to those who wait...
Starting Osteopathy as a second career almost 6 years ago, I am a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and of the Institute of Classical Osteopathy and am dedicated to providing the very best Osteopathic treatment and patient care. Making sure that I provide the best care to my patients that I possibly can, means that I finish each working day with complete job satisfaction.
Educating my patients as I treat helps put my patients at ease, helping to speed up their recovery and increasing compliance in therapeutic exercises. I aim to treat both the mind and the body. By demystifying why the body becomes dysfunctional, my patients say that they are better able to manage their own long-term health issues.
I feel it is my duty to help my patients manage their own long-term health. By giving them easy to do exercises, as well as suggesting small changes to their lifestyle, I aim to help my patients take control of their own health and not become reliant on me for ongoing pain relief.
Life as a father to 2 teenage daughters has given me a great sense of fun and an understanding and empathy for the experiences that go with family life.
I support a variety of patients, from students to builders, office workers to train drivers, with a multitude of unique problems. Treating people of all ages for a variety of conditions including:
Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Sports Injury, Tennis Elbow, Sciatica, Knee Pain, Headaches, Trapped Nerve, Poor Posture
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, management of all sorts of conditions. Osteopathic care can benefit people with a wide range of issues from foot pain, to headaches, and everything in between!
To compliment my Osteopathic consultations and often used as a periodic ‘maintenance’ treatment, I also provide Deep Tissue Massage Therapy. Even if you aren’t currently experiencing symptoms, regular ‘MOT’s’ can help keep you pain free and mobile.
You can book a free 10 minute phone consultation to assess which type of appointment is suitable for your needs, via emailing info@formulahealth.co.uk or filling in the popup BOOK NOW form on our website.
