Katherine has treated people with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, digestive disorders, sleep issues, stress and anxiety.

I am a BAcC BAAB accredited Acupuncturist, graduating from the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.

I have always been interested in different health systems around the world.  I received a BSc (Hons) Human Geography at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.  During this time, I had the incredible opportunity to conduct a research project in India.  This trip, and numerous subsequent trips to India and Asia, sparked my fascination with holistic medicines.  As a second-generation acupuncturist, following in the footsteps of my father, Chinese Medicine has played a huge role in my life, and I have experienced and seen its vast and extraordinary benefits first hand.

Whilst bringing up my children I have worked in Early Years education for the past 15 years.  This experience and knowledge was the inspiration for my dissertation researching the efficacy of acupuncture in childhood anxiety, a piece of work which I received a First, and has gone to publication.

I love working with people and supporting them be at their best through the hectic pace of busy life.  I am fascinated and in awe of the way acupuncture integrates ancient theory and practice with modern health, always tailored to individual need.

Acupuncture can offer a wide range of benefits, including, pain relief, improved sleep, stress and anxiety relief, digestive support and hormonal regulation.  My practice aims to enhance overall health by providing a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, helping to alleviate stress, boost energy and restore balance.

I also have a diploma in Swedish body Massage and am trained in Facial Enhancement Acupuncture by the internationally renowned and published author, Paul Adkins.

I am extremely pleased to be joining Gemma and the team at Formula Health.
