“My love for sports and the drive to help other individuals lead me to become an Osteopath. During my University training I further expanded my sporting interests; studying strength and conditioning emphasised the importance and relevance of gym training in relation to Osteopathy and patients’ wellbeing. Over the subsequent years, I decided to follow another passion of mine, football. Due to my own experience of muscle and tendon injuries, I focused on the importance of rehabilitation sector with Osteopathy. I joined a semi-professional football team as their Osteopath and expanded my knowledge on injury prevention exercises as well as rehabilitation plans for athletes which included training in kinesiotaping.
I also have experience working within the NHS, expanding my scope of practice to develop advanced skills in elderly care and patient management.
I feel honoured to join the team at Formula Health, I’ve never come across such a forward thinking clinic, whose integrated approach to healthcare puts the patient at the core of their focus and brings together fantastic minds and extensively experienced practitioners to meet their needs and truly address the root cause of that individuals concern.”
