The therapies that I provide are all holistic, which means that they entail working on the whole person, body and mind, to promote health and wellbeing. My aim is to facilitate the release of physical and mental tension in order to restore balance, and most of my clients use massage and/or reflexology as part of their regular self care. In line with the holistic ethos, an appointment is about more than the actual treatment. It also involves guidance on lifestyle change to promote health and to enable you to regain a sense of wellbeing.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping physically active in order to feel good, balancing the stimulation of running, swimming and cycling with the more calming practices of qigong, tai chi and yoga. I love learning about health and wellbeing, so I usually have a book related to that on the go as well as listening to health-related podcasts and radio.
